Abstract (CPANDA): The National Social Survey was conducted in 2002 and 2004 by the Institute for Innovation in Social Policy with funding provided by the Rockefeller Foundation and the Nathan Cummings Foundation. In each year, there was a general survey measuring indicators of social health and a social health survey with a larger component devoted to culture and creativity.
